Angelique - Thanks! Those are the trees (already in bloom) that H and I pass when we go on our walks. I meant to take pictures of them last week, but I kept forgetting my camera. :-P

laura - I don't even know what kind of tree that is, but the blooms don't stay very long.

The only thing growing around here are snowbanks. :(

TSHS - Yes, but Minnesota is pretty in the summer, at least the parts I've seen. This is the first winter I've lived in a warm place, so I'm not used to seeing flowers until around April. :-P
notta: yeah, the apple blossoms in our old yard were pretty for about 2 weeks. Then they became a big old mess on the ground. Oh well....
Julia - You crack me up. I don't pay attention to the birds. Thanks to you, I'll go out of my way to avoid them - they already freak me out. :-/
